The 2143 plate is compatible with the following camera body:

    The plate works well with my camera. I do not know if it could be made with a lower profile and locking pin or raised lip at one end to further secure the Hasselblad 500 C film camera.

    I have purchased this camera plate for every Hasselblad I've owned. It simply just works perfectly. I put it on every camera body and Hasselblad tripod attachment device, never have to think about it again.
