On Tuesday April 15^th there was a lunar eclipse and a “blood moon” (reddish tinted mood). Over the years, I have shot both lunar and solar eclipses many times. The images were always the same, technically fine but not very interesting. So I decided not to shoot it this time around. Fortunately Jeff Cable decided that he would shoot it and what an amazing job he did. Jeff composited many images together into a time lapse image.
