    I'm using this on a Pentax 150-450 on a Really Right Stuff ball head and it fits and works great and I would recommend it.

    What can I say - the lens plate is well built and serves the purpose for which it is intended - holds the lens securely to the tripod. Just like all of their products, the plate is well made and will last forever.
